Sept 21 - Prompt: Select the vocabulary word from today that you think will be most useful to you in the future. Explain what the word means in your own words and describe a situation in which you could realistically use it.

The word scapegoat means blaming someone for a problem that they did not necessarily cause. I could use this word in a situation where a group makes a mistake and blames one person for what happened, even though everyone contributed to the problem.

We worked on vocabulary and learned the meanings and uses of different words.
The vocabulary work helped me learn new words and understand how to use them correctly in different situations.
