August 24th Prompt: Describe something you will never fully understand.

Something I will never understand is how time seems to move faster when I get older. I know time itself doesn't change, but it still feels like it moves faster as you get older. It is weird how years can pass without me realizing it.

In class, we learned how to break down prompts and identify exactly what the question is asking us to do. We practiced turning the prompt into a clear claim that directly answers the question.

This helped me understand how breaking down a prompt first can make it easier to develop a strong response.
